Fresh Homemade Pasta and Gnocchi Lesson in Florence

Join us in the Italian tradition of making fresh pasta 100% from scratch. This complete culinary lesson in Florence takes place in a home-setting with a local Florentine chef and pasta expert. During this hands-on cooking class in Florence, we'll make up to 3 types of pasta: potato gnocchi, stuffed ravioli and tagliatelle and crowd-pleasing Italian classics like tiramisu' or Tuscan almond biscotti!

You'll learn to make pasta sauces with peak seasonal ingredients from scratch (tomato, seasonal artichokes, zucchini flowers, sage and butter, etc) with easy-to-follow recipes to replicate at home to continue to savor what you learned in Italy. Our fresh pasta making lessons in Florence are complete with sommelier-approved wine, water and coffee.

We'll get our aprons on, get messy, sip wine and have fun while cooking. Our pasta making in Florence is perfect for traveling families looking for hands-on kid-friendly activities in Florence and for the adults with discerning taste for high quality food. The lesson will end with a leisurely meal over wine, new friends, our freshly made pasta creations and dessert.

Private lessons means you have the full attention of the instructor and will tailor the experience just to you and your group, and being able to at your own pace.

PLEASE READ: Depending on the time of year, we cannot guarantee accommodating last minute booking requests for GROUP dates/times as spots fill up quickly. Please book as much in advance as you can! Rest assured you will not be charged unless we can accommodate and you will be notified. We will e-mail you with options if the standard group slots have already filled but we have back-up options. Grazie for your patience and understanding!

Curious about the value of a private lesson vs a shared group class? A private lesson means no one else can be apart of your class, which means we have a fixed overhead we have to cover which isn’t spread out over several others joining in. The perks of a private lesson is being able to customize a menu, having the culinary instructor all to yourselves, going at your own pace, and the flexibility to bespoke the experience (like adding a market shop) since group pasta lessons have a fixed menu to appease a wider cast of guests. Thank you for understanding!
