Coral was extremely helpful in suggestions before we arrived and knew exactly what we were looking for in an experience. Once we arrived everything was organised perfectly complete with a few surprises too and we had the most wonderful and informative class on Pizza! After that we took in the sights and sounds of Florence on our way to a wine bar where we got a lesson in the wines of Tuscany. Overall it was a fantastic day, ran seamlessly and mostly was great fun. Coral was an amazing guide. One of the chefs described all the different types of pasta they were currently making, and he explained what types of food go with certain types of pasta. The chefs spoke decent English but our guide was able to help with the translation. She was very good about accommodating any dietary needs/requests. The stops definitely felt more authentic Italian than other trattorias in Florence. We felt like we enjoyed an amazing dinner with good friends. Even though we just met that night.
